Do you think I'm 'too tall' (in a bad way)?

I am 13 and a half years old and my mom just measured me today and found out that I am 5 feet 8 inches. She doesn't think that I will grow much taller though. In Seventh grade pictures several months ago according to the way they lined us up I was considered the second tallest person in my class. Sometimes people mock me for it and make me hate myself. Do you think this is a bad thing for me?
