Reason why the Government is so "dumb".?

U know how everyone has the answer on how to fix our national debt, and everything. I was thinking maybe the government of America is just stealing resources from other countries and creating this "debt". So in the future when all the countries claim the debt, America will jst be like fuc.k u, wat r u gonna do about it(we are bullies). Because if a country is to go to war with another one they cannot use nuclear devices or else NATO will interfere, therefore technology vs. technology(broadly) . I think that Democracy is fully based on people manipulating each other, and Democracy is a manipulation of Communism. In turn we all have natural rights, so we can do what ever we want and unite(protest), but its the governments responsibility to put a pretty bow on top so people don't become fidgety. U have to get a job, u have to get transportation (insurance) and u have to pay for things (taxes) u don't want to live here. Does this sound plausible? I just wanna see China's reaction wen we don't pay them anything and we got all there ****. LOL we need money for u to build us **** xP. No workers in America ALOT of workers in China hmm?
