Took a pregnancy test but not sure if its positive or negative?

i had a miscarriage on april 23 and i was 12 weeks pregnant. i have had unprotected sex numerous times. i took 2 pregnancy tests earlier and they both came out positive but faintly. could i be pregnant again or is it the hormones from my last pregnancy.
