According to the Bible what happens after we accept Christ and we live a normal life?

There has to be transformation, anyone who really accepted Christ into their heart for their salvation. There is a drastic change that takes place, not right then and there but there will definitely be changed. Bible says, they will be made into a new creation. The old has gone and the new has come.
