Old spanish song (late 80s, early 90s) about a girl talking to her dad over the phone?

faintly remember this song that I heard when I was a little girl. The song is of a little girl talking over the phone to a guy (dad?, step dad?) about her mom. The little girl talks and the guy responds in song. It is very old I think around the late 80s or early 90s. I have no clue who sings it and the details about the song are fuzzy. If anyone knows it or at least give me some clue to who it is would be great. Thank you everyone!
