Does every highschooler have a car?

So at my high school basically everyone has a car, and most people have cars from 2000 or newer. Like I'm glad I have a car in high school, but it's like 95' honda accord. The paint is fading and the seats our wrecked. It gets me where I need to go. I live in California so idk, is it like that everywhere else? Like is there a place where only a few students in the school have a car?
