I desperately need help!!! 10 points for best answer!?

it helps when you put your feelings in a song, or wrighting about how you feel on a peice of paper and then throwing the paper away they said that helps.when you have you stage fright or phobia is imagine it a bit higher it works and,breathe threw your stomacke then breathe threw your mouth.trust me that that works.good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!
