What does 3 weeks gestation mean?

My pregnancy test was faintly positive and my blood test showed 38miU/mL and that means im pregnant bcuz 0-5 means non-pregnant. The midwife did an ultrasound but nothing could be seen because its too early and she told me to go back in two weeks
