Need to know if i could be pregnant or not. please help!!?

i had a miscarriage on april 23 and i was 12 weeks pregnant. i have had unprotected sex numerous times. i took 2 pregnancy tests earlier and they both came out positive but faintly. could i be pregnant again or is it the hormones from my last pregnancy
